There will be plenty of time to simply enjoy being in Italy: long meals made with ingredients grown at Ebbio, wandering through Tuscan villages, creating meals + herbal balms with our hands, relaxing beneath the trees + pool, and leaving room for the moments in between that often become the most memorable.
Everything is thoughtfully taken care of so there is less to manage and more room to breathe, rest, nourish, and simply be. The Art of Receiving explores what happens when life is approached with less urgency and more intention. Less forcing and more trust.
This retreat is about creating from a more nourished place & taking aligned action without constant pressure, trusting timing without needing every detail mapped out, and staying open to support, joy, inspiration, and possibility.
One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is the opportunity to step outside of our everyday lives. Creating space allows us to reconnect with ourselves. It quiets the mental noise, settles the nervous system, and reminds us what truly matters.
That is the intention behind The Art of Receiving Retreat.
For six nights, we’ll gather at Ebbio, a beautifully restored 13th-century farmhouse in the rolling hills of Tuscany, for a retreat devoted to slowing down, being fully cared for, and creating space for rest, creativity, inspiration, and deeper connection.
Mornings will begin peacefully with fresh coffee, journaling, community connection, kundalini yoga, breathwork & sound healing in the dreamiest practice space. Days will unfold through reflective workshops, creativity, nature, Italian culture, meaningful conversation with new friends.
✔️ Daily Kundalini yoga, meditation & breathwork with Greta to quiet the noise, reconnect with intuition & create more trust, ease and aligned action
✔️ Sound healing & yoga nidra with Rosie to support deep rest, nervous system regulation & space for clarity, creativity and inspiration
✔️ Reflective workshops with Greta exploring receiving, trust, worthiness, creativity & the patterns that keep us overthinking or feeling like everything has to be figured out
✔️ A beautifully restored 13th-century Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by olive groves, lavender, organic gardens & rolling countryside, with dreamy spaces to rest, create and connect
✔️ Nourishing, organic farm-to-table meals made with seasonal ingredients grown on the land, so everyone can simply sit down, savor and be cared for
✔️ Meaningful community connection through thoughtful conversations, shared practices & the spontaneous moments that turn new faces into real friendships
✔️ Hands-on Italian experiences like pasta making, herbal workshops & creative practices that help us slow down, play, learn and connect with local traditions
✔️ Time to soak up Tuscany through historic villages, countryside adventures, local food, art, nature & plenty of moments worth lingering in
✔️ Spacious time to rest, wander, journal, create, receive a massage, sit by the pool or simply follow whatever feels good that day
The intention is for you to return home deeply rested, creatively renewed, and more intentional with where energy goes so you can receive your beautiful life to the fullest.
The Art of Receiving is designed to be the perfect balance of meaningful inner work, deep rest, creativity, connection, nourishment, and the beauty of Tuscany.
Each day will include a thoughtful mix of:
✨ Transformational practices – Kundalini yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, yoga nidra, expansive workshops, journaling, & subconscious exploration
✨ Creativity and expression – Painting with Aaron, pasta making, reflective writing, and hands-on experiences that invite curiosity, play, and inspiration
✨ Connection and community – Sharing circles, long family-style meals, honest conversations, group experiences, and the spontaneous moments that turn new faces into real friendships
✨ Italian culture and exploration – A day in Florence, time to explore nearby Tuscan towns, pasta making, foraging and herbal workshops, and immersion in the food, art, landscape, and slower rhythm of Italy
✨ Rest and reflection – Spacious time to journal, read, receive a massage, lounge by the pool, wander through Ebbio’s olive groves and lavender fields, or do absolutely nothing
✨ Nourishing meals – Fresh, organic, seasonal vegetarian food prepared with ingredients grown and foraged right on the land
While we encourage you to experience all of the retreat offerings, this week is also about honoring yourself. Everything is optional, this retreat is entirely for you.
We do our best to follow the schedule, but part of the experience is learning to flow with the energy of the retreat. We appreciate your openness to embrace the week as it unfolds.
Ebbio is a restored 13th- century farmhouse set in the heart of Tuscany, near the medieval village of Monteriggioni and within easy reach of Siena and Florence. Surrounded by olive groves, lavender fields, organic gardens, and open countryside, it offers a peaceful setting for rest, creativity, connection, and a slower way of living.
Ebbio is an intimate, artful farmhouse shaped by history, nature, sustainability, and generations of care. Its stone walls, terracotta floors, open windows, communal gathering spaces, yoga shala, wisteria-covered pergola, and wood-fired pizza oven create an atmosphere that feels warm, soulful, and deeply connected to the land.
Tuscany itself feels like an extension of the retreat. Meals are enjoyed slowly. The roads curve through vineyards, olive trees, and villages that have stood for centuries. The evenings seem to last a little longer.
There is an Italian phrase, dolce far niente— the sweetness of doing nothing. Because life is meant to be experienced, enjoyed, tasted, felt, and received.
We intentionally chose this venue so you can receive fully everyday and for the week, Ebbio will be completely ours. We’re so excited to have an intimate retreat home where everyone can settle in, get comfortable & truly feel part of the Radiance community.

Life has a way of pulling us in a million different directions. Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything you’re supposed to do, but moving through life too quickly to truly experience it?
Calendars fill up. The to-do list grows. There are decisions to make, people to care for, and somehow we become very good at being the person who can handle it all.
We know this feeling because we’ve lived it too.
There have been seasons when slowing down felt harder than staying busy. When rest came with guilt. When we wanted clarity so badly that we tried to think our way into every answer.
The Art of Receiving is an invitation to step out of the cycle of overthinking & overdoing.
A way of living that feels more spacious, intentional, nourishing, and alive. Where rest is part of the rhythm. Where creativity has room to return. Where intuition can be heard beneath the noise. Where meaningful goals can still be pursued without forcing every step.
This retreat is about becoming more intentional with energy, allowing support in, loosening the grip on having everything figured out, and creating space for what truly nourishes us. Because some of life’s most beautiful gifts arrive when there is finally enough space to receive them.
The intention is to return home deeply rested, creatively renewed, and more connected to what matters, with fresh perspective and a deeper trust that a beautiful life does not have to be forced into existence.
More open. More intentional. More magnetic
Rosie Jermakian is a crystalline sound bowl practitioner, certified 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher, co-founder of Radiance Retreats, and lifelong student of the world.
After 12 years in corporate fashion, Rosie left her career to travel, teach, and build a life that felt more connected to curiosity, freedom, community, and meaningful experience. Now living nomadically, she sees the world as her classroom… learning through new cultures, local traditions, shared meals, unexpected adventures, and witnessing the many different ways people choose to live.
During a time that constantly asks us to do more, move faster, and measure our worth through productivity, Rosie is passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, enjoy their lives, and let themselves be cared for. She has a natural gift for looking after the people who are usually busy looking after everyone else. She brings warmth and intention to the little details that help people feel safe, supported, and able to fully exhale, which is why everyone lovingly calls her the “retreat mom.”
Rosie’s love for travel, surfing, food, culture, and human connection inspires the playful, adventurous spirit of every Radiance Retreat. She believes the most meaningful trips don’t help you escape your life, instead they remind you how good it feels to be fully alive within it.
Greta Ertl is a spiritual life and business coach, co-founder of Radiance Retreats, & kundalini yoga teacher on a mission to help high-achieving, ambitious people awaken their purpose, align with their highest path, and step into their power from a place of peace, joy, and authenticity.
Having taught yoga and barre classes since 2010, Greta has guided thousands of students and clients through thousands of hours of coaching, workshops, and transformative sessions.
Her work blends subconscious mind rewiring, ancient spiritual teachings, and practical strategies to help you embody the leader, creator, and version of yourself you’ve been dreaming of — because she believes that when you step fully into your power, it creates a ripple that can heal the world.
Greta’s own journey is a testament to transformation: overcoming Adderall addiction, breaking free from hustle culture, and building a multiple six-figure coaching business in under two years — all while staying aligned with her values and intuition.
Again and again, we meet people who are tired. Not only physically tired, but tired of making every decision. We know what it’s like to build a beautiful, meaningful life while still moving through it with urgency. To believe in trust while overthinking every decision. To understand the importance of rest while continuing to postpone it. To have exciting ideas while feeling too mentally full to follow them.
Through our retreats, classes, coaching, travels, and conversations with our community, we continue to hear the same longing:
“I want to slow down, but I don’t know how.”
“I want to trust life, but I’m afraid to let go of control."
“I want to feel supported, but asking for help feels uncomfortable.”
“I want to feel inspired again, but I’m exhausted.”
That is why we created The Art of Receiving.
We believe that clarity doesn’t always come from thinking harder. Creativity needs space. Receiving support doesn’t make you less capable. Softness and strength can exist together. You can have a powerful vision for your life without forcing every detail into place.
The intention is woven into every detail. When you experience the beauty of Tuscany without needing to make the moment productive.
This retreat is a sacred space to unplug from the external world, reconnect with your own rhythm, and remember what it's like to fill up your own cup first.
By the end of these six nights, our intention is for you to feel:
✨ Deeply rested & nourished after having the space to unplug, slow down and be fully cared for
✨ More connected to your intuition and able to hear your own inner guidance beneath the noise
✨ Creatively renewed & inspired with fresh ideas, perspective and space for possibility
✨ More trusting of life’s unfolding without needing to control or have every next step figured out
✨ Intentional with your energy and clearer about what deserves your time, attention and care
✨ Supported by meaningful community and reminded that everything doesn’t have to be carried alone
✨ Alive & present after experiencing Tuscany through food, art, nature, creativity, connection and play
✨ More open to receiving support, rest, joy, inspiration, opportunity and all the beauty life has to offer
You’ll return to the same home, responsibilities, and routines, but you’ll bring back a softer rhythm. More trust in yourself and the timing of your life. New friendships. Memories that make you smile. Fresh inspiration. And a renewed understanding that life can feel expansive, nourishing, and meaningful without having to force every step along the way.
Ready to create more space, receive more fully & live with greater ease and intention? Come gift yourself a week of nourishment & join us in Tuscany.
